"The hotel was terrible, messy. Cigarettes smoking all over. The receptionist was not helpful. We really did not able to stay. We left and did not stay, looked around for another hotel which was far better. We tried to cancel, but it was not allowed."
"Run down property. Window frame shakes and rattles in the wind. It's functional and does the job, but not worth the asking price. If it had been at least RM50 cheaper would still be acceptable. In dire need of refurbishment."

"As a 3 star property this did not disappoint. The location was convenient for us as we had an event in the event hall next door. There are only 3 stories and a lift was available. Rooms near the swimming pool can be noisy from the swimmers (mainly children)
The property is quite far from town so having your own transport is an advantage"
