    For larger groups or families, Malia Beach House is available next door — a four-bedroom home with private pool and a dedicated indoor and outdoor kids retreat, sleeping up to 8.

    A refundable $500 security deposit is authorised via secure payment link before check-in and released automatically within 48-hours after checkout if there's no damage. A signed rental agreement and full names of all guests are required before check-in. Pool, sauna, and play equipment are available for guest use at guests' own risk; children must be supervised at all times.
