Our home gives you the ability to swim and play without being disturbed by others not in your group! The back yard huge and fully fenced with a 6 foot high private block wall. You will be reminded of a resort as you look out to the mountainous views as you relax in solitude! In the yard you will find: \-A large private pool (can be heated in the cooler months for $60 per day) \-A large hot tub located in the pool that will fit your entire group! \-Putting Green \-Horse shoe pit \-Fire Pit \-Volleyball net \-Lots of green grass! Southern Utah provides endless adventures. Our home is not far from any of the fun! Zion Nation Park\~ 35 minutes (25 miles) Sand Hollow State Park (Reservoir)\~ 10 minutes (7 miles) Bryce Canyon\~ 2 hours (132 miles) Snow Canyon State Park\~ 40 minutes (30 miles) Lake Powell\~ 2 hours (132 miles) North Rim, Grand Canyon 3 hours (130 miles) \*Comfortable Living! If you are tired after a long day of adventures, come inside and relax! We have 2 large living rooms, each with a smart TV. We also have TV's in several of the bedrooms. You can add any streaming app to the TVs and log in to your own accounts or use our home Netflix account. We have plenty of seating in our dining room and you will have access to some fun games in our game closet. Don't forget to take a peak under the stairs to see a special room for the little ones! \*Eat in! Our Kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. We provide eating and serving utensils and cookware. There are pots and pans and a few small appliances for your use. The kitchen has a large oven and cook top, a large fridge and freezer, a microwave and dishwasher. The island has extra seating at the bar. \*Parking and more You will have access to our two car garage with a Level 2 (J1772) EV charger. There are several more parking spaces available at the front and side of the home. We have a gated gravel area for your boat or toy hauler. Terrific neighborhood by Sky Mountain Golf Course... one of the most scenic in the United States. Our pool has a built-in hot tub and a shallow splash-pad area for the smaller folks… plus an automatic pool cover with keyed switch allows you close the pool when grownups aren’t available to watch the little ones. With sub-freezing nights, we don't keep the pool heated in the off season (Oct. - Mar.) but we can heat it for a $60 a day fee if you want to use it in the winter months. There is no fee to heat the hot tub. \- City limits overnight guest to 10\. Beds are available for more, but additional guests are the renters responsibility. \- Residential neighborhood... noise ordnance is strictly enforced. No loud music or other disturbances after 10 PM weeknights, 11 PM weekends. \- Turn fee (cleaning, set-up etc) of $225 per stay. \- Off Season pool heating fee for October thru March rentals. $60 a day for both pool and hot tub. (Optional... you can forgo pool heat, but it gets brisk during the winter months.) \- No parking on the street. There is parking for 10+ vehicles on the property itself. From the north: Take exit 27 off of 1 15 south bound and follow signs east to Toquerville/Hurricane. Follow SR 17 for about 6 miles then take a right on State Street (500 N.) Follow about 3 miles and the house is located across from the Sky Mountain Golf Course. (Specific address provided on booking.) From the south: Take exit 16 off of I 15 north bound into Hurricane. Follow UT 9 E for 7 miles and you will find the house across from the Sky Mountain Golf Course. (Specific address provided on booking.) They have everything you need for a family get-away. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, ect. We enjoyed nightly games of badminton and getting into the jacuzzi after a long day of riding at Sand Hallow. Lots of parking for our utv's and trucks and trailers. Coming from WA, the sun and warm weather were wonderful. The home was clean, beautiful and spacious with all the amenities we could have needed. The pool and back yard games were a huge hit. This home was perfectly located, as we were able to visit the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. The property manager was super helpful and quick to respond. Check in/out processes were smooth. If we ever make our way back this direction, we'll be sure to look into this wonderful home again. We went with the whole family, enough room for us all. Check-in was simple, host was organized and allowed my moms little dog with a fee. (Thank you! You were the only home large enough to say yes!) The home was clean, pool was awesome and heated. Took a few hours to realize we could adjust the heat setting in spa, we thought it was broken but figured out the pool controller can change settings for that too. We planned to do Zion, but loved the pool so much we literally didn’t leave the whole time. Forget crammed shuttle through Zion- enjoy the pool!! We will be going back. ##### Kortnee G. Perfect location for a golf trip, multiple courses within 15 mins of the property. The only issue I had with this was the addition cost to use the pool. We were notified 4 days before our arrival that the use of the pool/spa would be an additional cost to heat it. Why that isn’t part of the initial booking is beyond me. You don’t select a property with a pool/spa if you’re not planning on using it, so just beware of this little transaction if you’re interested in this property ##### Michael P. When we first arrived, we were amazed at the beauty of the property and the home. It was more beautiful than the pictures displayed. The home was clean, and impressively decorated! The property manager Kaesha, who greeted us, was very kind and reviewed all the details of the home for our stay. This home accommodated our large family perfectly, and the pool was the highlight of the stay. The yard was immaculate and we enjoyed all the fun extra's like the putting green, horse shoes and the nice lawn. Our family had plenty of parking for all four cars and the location was beautiful. The owners were gracious and very accommodating. I am very grateful that they are willing to share their beautiful home. Our family has already asked if we can return in the fall for a longer stay!!! ##### Tami S. A year ago we had our first stay at this home in Hurricane for a few days with our children, spouses and grandchildren for a family vacation together. They had such a good time and loved being at this property so much, we planned to go again the following year. We just returned home from the 2nd time at this home but stayed a little longer and it was the vacation our family truly enjoyed. Our grandchildren never want to leave. The landscaping is meticulous and so well beautifully landscaped. The putting green is a favorite of the property. The home is nicely laid out for our family and very well taken care of and stocked with the necessities of home. The pool and hot tub are very well cared for and perfect for children as well as adults. The pool is the highlight of our trip. The location of this property is absolutely beautiful as well in its location. This time all the men golfed at Sky Mountain golf course across the street and enjoyed the course. Its only about 12 minutes from St. George if you choose to visit the town or 3 minutes to the quaint little town of Hurricane. We enjoy the more secluded luxury and beauty of this location. The property manager, Kaesha, and the property owner Chris, have always been accommodating for us and available to ask questions or if we have problems. This time when we left this home, our family wants to do it a 3rd time. Thank you for providing such a nice get away for our family! ##### Tami S. Everything was great! We had a little heating issue with the pool, but it all worked out! We had so much fun and so grateful that we could rent this house out for our family!
