The Large pool for the complex was right across the street, through the garage, but the grandkids just stayed in our own pool and had a great time. So much space with a lot of things to do right there in the house. Swimming, 2 hot tubs, video games. All the top of the line, modern appliances you could need including a pebble ice maker. The beds were so comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.Showers were very spacious! So much room in the entire home! The first thing we noticed was how clean the place smelled. Everything was sparkling! The location was also a huge factor! Very close to Sand Hollow Resort with easy access to main roadways for ease to the freeway. It was perfect for our group. The instructions were easy to follow. Everything worked great. Unfortunately there was a windstorm and sand got in the pool because we had been told to open the cover so that the rain didn’t puddle on the cover. We especially like the barbecue the spa upstairs and the fire pit. It was nice having the community pool across the driveway. Parking was a little difficult because we had four cars and there isn’t a whole lot of places to park. But we figured it out. ##### TIMOTHY C. It was absolutely amazing. The home is set up for comfort and entertaining. The beds are super comfy, our kids absolutely loved the bunk room that has 8 beds. Having TV in every room and an entertainment room where multiple kiddos could play electronics together was amazing. The majority of our time at the house is spent in the pool at the house. The hot tubs were amazing. 100% recommend for small or large groups. Will be back! I’ve stayed in dozens of rentals over the years and this was by far the best! All the comforts of home were included ! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable as well as the linens . The location was perfect for our days spent at sand hollow! Parked our side by sides in the garage and rode right to the trails from the house. This will be our go to house every time we visit! This home is located near the dunes so please don’t complain about the sand on the deck it’s hurricane Utah it gets windy! Our family enjoyed our stay at Elim Valley. The house was more than big enough for our family of 11\. It was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the spa and pool. If the weather had been a bit warmer I think we would have really enjoyed the rest of the outdoor space. We would suggest that instructions be given for the use of the spa and pool and the fact that it is on a timer. Also, instructions on using the induction cooktop would have been helpful. It took us a few times cooking on it to really figure out how to use it, but that did not stop us from enjoying the house. The location was great! We spent a couple of days at Zion NP, a day at Bryce Canyon NP and a day at Snow Canyon State Park. We had a great time! We were expecting a house but the neighborhood is more like glorified townhouses but once we opened the door it was like WOW. 13 foot ceilings upstairs and downstairs. Floor to ceiling windows to the pool. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and furniture. All the amenities you would have at home. There were 8 of us. We gave my dad the first floor master bedroom which had a huge bathroom and a washer and dryer. We took the second floor master bedroom with master bath. There was another set of washer and dryer. Our 5 twenty something kids went wild for the game room with 3 tv's and x-box. Plenty of bunk beds and 2 more full baths. The 2nd floor balcony was perfect for having a barbeque dinner outside. Great house. Only 5 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park. We had a couple questions regarding the outdoor speakers and the help number assisted us promptly and courteously. The only small complaint is that the cleaning service needs to do a better job of looking in the beds and under the couch. We found a lot of odd things left over from previous guests. Also, there were baby flies everywhere. They may need an exterminator. Otherwise, this house was great. Would definitely recommend. ##### Kim M.
