"This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There are rehabs people living there. The hallway smelled like urine got woke up from people upstairs stomping around charged early arrival fee, which you if I would’ve seen what the hotel was like before I would’ve never even booked it there I will never stay there again that hotel used to be a nice hotel. It is a crap show!!! so outdated. The rooms were dirty. The halls were dirty the floors and going up the stairs were dirt, but it’s just totally disgusting. Nothing good to say about that place."

"The hotel is very pleasant we enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. They have a cute little bar/bistro right in the front lobby that closes at 10pm. Multiple Lobby areas offered plentiful seating. Only complaints are the parking lot which is odd/crammed, and while the hot breakfast had variety and looked aesthetically pleasing it was not tasty in the slightest. The best option was the fresh fruit and Greek yogurt with topping options. Overall we would stay again."

"Great hotel, clean and rooms are very comfortable. Loved that they have coffee 24/7 and water stations. The commons area is very nice and inviting. There is no pool but there is a small workout room. Only downside was breakfast… not great."

"The food at all Hampton Inn Hotels is terrible. The eggs, bacon, sausage needs to be of better quality. Also need to serve whole milk. The two percent milk just doesn't cut it for me and my family. I wouldn't mind paying five or ten dollars extra for better quality food items. This would eliminate going to a restaurant after checking out of the hotel. Plus it would be more convenient for your guest. Please stop serving the same old items everyone else serves and upgrade your breakfast. You are a better hotel chain than that. Otherwise you put yourself at the same level as everyone else. Set yourself apart and become number one again. I believe you would notice a difference in your overnight numbers if you did.
