Roaches were coming out of the walls. We had to sleep with the lights on to keep them from getting on the bed. The entire room looked as if it was built-in the middle of a ghetto, and it was because 6 cop cars arrived to arrest 2 prostitutes who were dealing crack at the hotel parking lot. The entire hotel smelled musty and cigarette smoke.It was disgusting.

I checked in late two lady’s where there to assist me when I called to question my booking told me that they were closed but got me a room for check in around 12:30pm great people and my stay was incredible nothing but great service.

We had a reservation and arrived late. I called to confirm my late arrival but, the front desk attendant was rude and mean. The manager came and tried to handle the situation and did give us a room but the room had a severe sink leakage problem. The smell was awful (mold/mildew).

They contacted me the morning of the reservation, trying to get me to change room type - I refused - when checking in, the rest of my party, who'd made reservations earlier than I had, were told the double they reserved was"not available"... other arrangements were made, but not without problems - the room came with a stove, but no cooking or eating equipment - did come with a roach, though -

Reserved a room almost a week ahead of time and get to the hotel and get told they are full and nothing they can do. but a phone call ahead of time might have been something they could have done

No Hot Water; Marginal Internet and leanliness
A tad expensive for a "bare bones" budget hotel and the "lobby/checkin" location is more like a police precinct HQ. The wifi is 1990s strength and speed is unsatisfactory any time there are more than a handful of guests in the building. All that is marginally unsatisfactory, but the reason no one should ever stay in this hotel if there are any other options is that the hot water heater doesn't work adequately. Anytime between 7 pm and 10 pm, there simply wasn't hot water. The front desk answer: "Wait a couple hours. There are too many people taking showers." Maybe in a third world country, but in America? Really? If I hadn't experienced it, I wouldn't have believed it was possible

Very nasty hotel
The carpet in the room was just nasty,didnt take my shoes off unless i was laying in the bed..carpet was stained and pretty disgusting, had roaches in the room crawling on cabinets and counter top... Refrigerator looked like it never been cleaned on the outside stained up and very nasty looking,microwave had spots all in and a big hole where looked like something blew up in it .. we work at night and get off early in the am and there are people who live here and are loud and obnoxious and dont treat their neighborswith respect and when we get back to the room in the morningswe just wanted to take showers and go to sleep bug they wouldnt even have towels or wash cloths availablewe would have to wait for them to clean rooms and wash them...i would not recommend this hotel to a homeless person,probably be more comfortable sleeping in a tent on river bank somewhere

Noticed when we walked in the fire alarm panel and was not working…..when the friend your traveling with is a fire inspector he looks at those things. Once we checked in and paid and got to the hallway an overwhelming stench of marijuana was in the hallway. Once we got to one of our rooms noticed what looked like blood running down the side of the refrigerator. Was filthy and disgusting.

Dirty overpriced drug hotel.
This place is dirty. It is also overpriced. Most of you will not know what crack smells like if you’re curious step inside the elevator here. Do yourself a favor get some air fresheners you put in your car vents and stick them in the a/c. This place does not clean rooms daily they do odds and evens but I’m not even sure that gets done I stayed for five nights so my room should’ve been cleaned at least 2-3 times during my stay and if they did I didn’t see anything different floors weren’t swept or mopped trash not changed bed and sheets the same overall I’m not sure what the cleaning staff does except take smoke breaks. This place is to overpriced for how rundown and dingy it is. I was told they are 2 years away from a remodel if they make it that long I’ll be shocked. I have honestly thought about calling the health department or someone. Do not stay here if you’re paying.

Was not happy at all with this place. Was checked into to different rooms. And both room were nasty from the stove to the rusty old refrigerators, carpet, room smells.. Not to mention the old thin comforters on bed with huge cigarette hole in.. Horrible experience, never will ever go back

I literally had to go find another hotel to stay at becasue the front desk at this place wasnt not open. Myself and 5 other peoe waited for 4 hours for the person at the desk to show up, which she never did! After waiting, one of the residents that stays in the building told us "Oh, she wont be back for a while, she to the tailgate party", as we were there for the Alabama A&M homecoming. I ended up having to pay $200 for a new room elsewhere ans i missed the game, the point of coming down!! I want my money refunded.

First off, the gentleman i spoke to when called ahead with questions aboit location of property was SUPER nice and went out of way to help. Also the lady when i checked in was very friendly. Now the bad.. The property was FILTHY! It stank SO bad! Huge srains ALL in the carpets. Junk running down walls from spills that had been there forever. Our room wasn't AS bad as main areas but the little fridge had stains all over it (that would wipe off) gunk stuck all over shelves. I would NEVER stay here again no matter price.

Don’t waste your money
We would recommend this hotel for anyone coming through the area. We were told they had coffee pots and other kitchen needs for sale on site that could be taken with you when you checked out, but the person who told us did not know the cost of these items. While our first 2 days were ok, the rest of our stay we had a horrible fly problem. We did not have anything our that would attract them, so we are not sure where they were coming from. It also appeared to be blood on the back of our bathroom door that should have been cleaned off before our stay.

This place is terrible i never even made it to my room i booked online and paid for it even have receipts and the lady working wasn’t in there she was outside probably smoking drugs she come in yelling talking about we don’t have nomore rooms available but the parking lot wasn’t even half full and if it wasn’t any rooms how was i able to book and pay she said i need to leave because it was no room for me to get but Expedia is processing a refund at this moment i just think all front desk employees need to be drug tested
