The neighborhood is easy to explore on foot, with restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences nearby. For destinations farther out, having a car is the most convenient option, while Uber and Lyft are also great choices for getting around without driving.

➤ Taxi — Local taxi services are another option for getting around the area, particularly for airport transportation.

➤ Public Transportation — Huntsville Transit operates the Orbit bus system with routes throughout Huntsville. Public transportation is available, but routes and coverage are more limited around the Madison/Town Madison area, so a personal vehicle or rideshare is generally more convenient for exploring the area.

➤Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤No pets allowed
➤Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

1. Guests acknowledge and agree to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and to keep noise levels to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors.

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

5. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.

6. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.

7. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement.

8. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through the resolutions center.

9. No Pets Allowed.

10. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

11. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.

12. Please return all keys to the lockbox upon check-out. If keys are not returned and are lost or missing, a $75 replacement fee will be charged.

13. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

14. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

15. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

16. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
