Welcome to FarmHaus Apartments in Madison, AL, your fully-furnished stay where laid-back charm meets city convenience. Perfect for short-term getaways, work trips, or extended stays, each apartment features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. Chill by the resort-style pool, soak in the hot tub, play shuffleboard, or pamper your pup at the pet spa.  
 All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.  
  
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
