The people above us had a large dog that peed on the deck and dropped down on the patio outside our room. The people above us weren’t loud just up late and you could hear everything pretty easily. The doors didn’t have a shade and people walking their dogs behind could look right in. There was 3 condensing units out our windows that kicked on and off all night. Even felt dirty to walk on the carpet (crunchy as my DIL put it). Kitchen floor had stuff on it like it hadn't been swept. Tile floors and baseboards were very dirty. Pillow case had a stain on it. All previous reviews about this condo were how clean it was- we were really shocked. The AC struggled to keep the unit cool- felt like it wasn't working at full capacity. We also had to message the property mgr after 4 for the gate code to enter the property and for the code for the door- the first few codes did not work. It had not been sent to us for check in. Some one else staying there eventually gave us a working code. We also specifically looked for pet friend properties and while the dog was allowed in the condo, others staying on property told us dogs were not allowed on the "private beach" that comes with your stay here.
