The staff was unpleasant. There is nothing next to the hotel except for a trailer park.

Staff were lovely. Special mention for the lady looking after the breakfast station, so thoughtful and helpful. Room was lovely and check in quick and easy.

This hotel is perfectly located for the Huntsville space museum and space camp center. It is very close by. Hotel is clean and safe and does a nice breakfast.

Hotel is very new, clean, and in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredibly good and is worth staying there for. The only problem we had was noise. Hallway noise, doors slamming, next door and above floor neighbors were loud and there is no buffer. Would stay here again as pros outweigh the con but it was hard to sleep.

It was close to most attractions. The breakfast was better selection than most but the bathroom facet almost came off the wall when used. The lighting was not wired correctly so you had to turn on wall before bathroom. It was very clean.

The most polite and friendliest hotel staff to date. The hotel is nice and modern. I like how they incorporated the Space 🚀 Center in the lobby area. It's a very convenient location also if you're visiting the Space Center and Botanical🌳🌺🌲 Gardens. There is also a premium shopping 🛍 center with a variety of eateries just across the interstate. One thing I found interesting though is that the room tv did offer DirectTv but I wasn't able to locate the apps like Netflix, Disney , etc. I love the fact they did have a microwave and mini fridge and Keurig plus the other standard features. I did wish they offered the some of the packaged toiletries but the pump Dove products were nice. Also the complimentary breakfast with To Go bags was a nice little touch. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend 👌.

Front desk was very helpful and accommodating upon check in. The hotel is clean and new. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There's a great work space in the room; my wife had her laptop and needed to do work. The pool was very refreshing.

Check in disaster
Check in a disaster. Stopped by at 1:00pm and were told to return at 3:00. Returned but didn't get a room until almost 5:00. Wasted the afternoon watching people taking more than 30 minutes for the actual check in process. Was told a complimentary water bottle given to a customer was only for that class level. Advice: get them to record your info so that they can call you when room ready.
