This brand new home offers privacy, comfort, and is in close proximity to several local area attractions, including AAMU for convenience. This home was built with the intent to provide guests a home away from home atmosphere. A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including a Keurig for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. With three bedrooms and 2 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and ensuite bath. The second and third bedroom each offer a queen bed and share a hall bath. In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there is no carpeting in our home. Each bedroom and the living area has mounted TVs with a complementary Youtube TV subscription. Had a cast iron skillet that was rusted and not seasoned. Did not use the kurig for coffee. Only had 2 coffee pods to be used between 4 coffee drinkers. So we opted to get coffee when we went out for breakfast. Kitchen table was a plastic outside table. 2 of the 4 kitchen chairs were metal folding chairs. The on line description does not do this house justice! It is really a gem!!The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is quite private. The driveway is steep so we parked on the street .The living space and kitchen are open so that you can visit while preparing meals or cleaning up. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy, both bathrooms are large and well stocked with supplies. There is a charcoal grill on the back patio area that we were able to use and the kitchen was sufficient for me to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for my family. Towels and linens are soft and cozy! There was a welcome basket of goodies on the table when we arrived. Property Manager, Elliott was friendly and very prompt at returning messages. Everything is brand new, and was in a good location for us. Be aware that the driveway is pretty steep, so you should go in and out slowly, or you may scrape the front or back bumper.
