Once the snow falls, the only way to reach the property is by snowmobile - The cabin is powered by a solar system that typically provides about 3 days of continuous power. If the solar power runs out, you'll need to switch to the backup generator - The property is accessed via a dirt road that is maintained and drivable for standard vehicles - The cabin's water is supplied by a well and is not safe to drink directly. All water must be boiled before consumption - Your safety matters. This property features 7 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is on the south side of the property in a tree facing the west side/coach trailer, 1 camera is on the east side in a tree facing the hiking trail, 1 camera is on the north side in a tree facing the shed/garden, 1 camera is on the south side in a tree facing the parking spaces, 1 camera is on the gate post facing the community road, 1 camera is on the front of the shed facing the north side of the cabin, and 1 camera is on the west side of the cabin facing the exterior.
