We were told that we had three noise complaints made against us within the first 4 hours of our arrival. The first one was while I was making a quick dinner, my kids did get a little loud so I made them quiet down before we got the phone call that there was a complaint. The second time, we were sitting down eating when we got a knock at the door from a lady from the front desk asking us to quiet down. We were all sitting down eating and not being loud at all so I can only assume it was because we pulled out the chairs and it made noise. A little later we were sitting at the table playing a game of UNO and making sure we were all whispering and not making much noise. When we were finished we pushed the chairs in and sat down to watch a movie and before we could even start it we got another phone call from the front desk telling us to calm down because it was the third noise complaint in 4 hours. I then made my kids quietly lay in the beds with their tablets and made them tip toe to the bathroom any time they had to go to avoid making any noise which is ridiculous. Not to mention we heard the dog below us barking most of the evening and night but I am assuming they are the ones who complained about our noise. I was very upset at the way the staff handled the situation. We've stayed at many hotels and never had any complaints. We will definitely not be back. The rooms were outdated, lamp shades were stained, carpets were stained and for the price we paid I was not impressed.
