Staff was great 10/10. Beds ok. Hotel however has a smell, and the carpet is dirty. They try to spray freshener to cover up smell, but it makes it worse.

Did not know property was being remodeled. Hallway carpets were either ripped out or filthy. Pool was not operational. Bathroom sink was cracked and tub faucet fell off. Pool at another hotel 10 minutes away was offered, Drove 8 hours with grandkids and told them they could swim at the hotel. Very disappointed. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of milk and cereal.

Room had a soaking wet floor and the screen was all ripped up. Overall not the cleanest and the sheets had giant holes. Area was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel under some sort of renovation/Construction. No mention that Pool was not open on page when I booked. A/C not working very well in room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Room served its purpose of a place for my family to stay for a couple nights.

When I checked in there were no towels in the room. I had to ask the cleaning lady in the hall. After I stepped out someone came into my room, urinated in the toilet, left urine stains on the rim of the bowl, and then left the toilet seat up. I spoke to the staff about this, he said he would speak with management. He apologized, I should have been given my points and then some.

I will never consider booking a Comfort Suites property again. There were no rooms available when I arrived and I was given no timetable for when rooms would be available. Also, my card was charged before I arrived even though I selected to pay when I checked in at the hotel, so I was charged for a room that I was never given.

Hotels.com customer service stinks!
The pool and exercise room was inoperable. The hotel staff, Mr. Moore and the young man on duty were outstanding. They tried to compensate me for this inconvenience. However, because I booked under a promotion, Hotel.com would need to take the promotion off of my booking. This is where my problems began. The virtual agent was no help. When I finally got an agent he tried very hard and sent me back to the front desk. Let the run around begin. The front desk was well aware of the problem and sent me back the the virtual agent. I got another agent who hung up on me. Back again to virtual and another agent, Ahmed. He was very helpful and understood my problem and my request to be compensated. He gave me the key cash. I explained that was not acceptable! I will not be using Hotels.com. ever sgain. Whatever happened to customer service!

Very disappointing
My stay was awful. First we had to go through the back door to get to our room because there was a leak in the hallway that lead to our room. That wasn't so bad but the carpet was filthy. The bathroom didnt look clean. The bathtub was dingy andcracked up. We had to wear shower shoes. Thank goodness we had a friend that is OCD and brought some shower shoes. There was splatter on the wall that looked suspect. Just not worth what was paid.

A filthy Hotel In Disarray...
I was absolutely shocked at the condition of the hotel in light of the reviews it has on Hotels.com and it makes me wonder if it was manufactured with bots. Hotel was filthy everywhere like they didn't know what a broom or vacuum is. Hotel room was partially cleaned and bed was not completely made up when we checked in. They apparently had a fire recently and probably should have closed down permanently aftrewards. We had to walk through a corridor they were drying out and each time we did we had to unzip and rezip the plastic erected to contain the humidity. It was terrible!!!
