Would not say it was worth the price looks to be an old school repurposed. Beds are not comfortable very springy. And layout was odd, not even a mini fridge in the room, TV was useless not able to play Netflix or YouTube nothing

Spa facilities are very small but the treatments are excellent.
Food is abysmal, disappointing and overpriced. Bar is limited with few non alcoholic options and appalling non alcoholic cocktails.
All the staff are friendly and helpful but have their work cut out for them in a tired hotel past its best. There are signs of half-completed basic renovations and worn, tired carpets.

The room needs updating. We were put in the gloomy below road basement ( maybe because we had a lower price through expedia?) The receptionist on arrival was not welcoming & curt. Breakfast was good as was the waiting service there.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Had an early flight so went down for breakfast at 4:30am. Got hot chocolate from machine -came out looking disgusting- very watery. Not a single croissant or pain au chocolate - staff member said we would have to wait 10mins on them coming out of the oven. Sorry ...
