Come and relax in this spacious, 1,300 square feet, laid-back, resort-style condo that has been lovingly maintained and comes fully stocked with almost every amenity. Amenities include keyless entry to condo, full access to pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis and racquetball courts. Racquetball and tennis equipment provided. In addition to the property, you also have access to the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, Conservatory, and Brightwater Trailheads just around the corner. Access to the beach through any of these trails, or it’s a 2-minute drive down Warner to Bolsa Chica State Beach or 5-minute drive to Sunset Beach.

You’ll find that Bolsa Chica State Beach has a variety of relaxing activities ranging from swimming, fire pits for bonfires, surfing, fishing (license needed) biking, and sunsets and much, much more that caters to everyone. It offers respite from the mundane. To take to the beach is beach towels, 2 boogie boards, and a cooler.

Relax in the living room in beach lounging style with endless accommodating things like high speed Wi-Fi, 65” QLED 4K Smart TV, Amazon Echo Dot, and Blu-ray player for any and all your needs (DVDs not included).

Take the opportunity to enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, which provides the perfect space to whip up a delicious meal! Included is a coffee maker, toaster, spice rack, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and dinnerware.

Sleeping up to 6 adults, this condo has 3 queen size beds. The master and loft bedrooms each offer a Tempur-Pedic mattress, while the 2nd bedroom offers a Christelle pillow top mattress. Both the master and the 2nd bedrooms are equipped with a 43” 4K Smart Roku TV. The loft has a 46” 1080i Smart TV with a Roku device.

To accommodate all your electronic devices and internet needs, ultra-high-speed internet has been installed and can generate speeds up to 400 Mbps. Streaming services to Apple TV, Hulu, and Amazon Prime are all provided. Cable not provided.

On-site parking with 2 designated spaces within the subterranean garage and plenty of unassigned parking spaces just outside of unit. Parking is not an issue here!

Nearby attractions include Bolsa Chica State Beach, Meadowlark Golf Club, Pacific City, Bella Terra, Downtown Main Street, 5 Points Plaza, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Disneyland.

A variety of grocery stores (Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, CVS, Walgreens, and Albertsons), shopping centers, restaurants, and fast food joints are all nearby the condo.

Sunny days and cool balmy nights give Huntington Beach near perfect weather. Its location along the Pacific Ocean lends to a moderate environment without extreme heat, cold or rainfall, making it the ideal location for your ultimate Southern California beach vacation.

The condo is about 40 minutes from LAX, only 15 minutes to Long Beach Airport (my favorite!) and about 21 minutes from John Wayne (SNA).
