This home was just remodeled so everything including the furniture is brand new. Enjoy parking for 3 cars and our foosball table. You must be 28 years old to rent our home. The Space: This home home is in a superb location with air conditioning, roof top deck and a jacuzzi nestled between the HB Pier which leads to Main street full of shops and restaurants and the brand new luxury ocean view shopping and dining center called Pacific City with just a few houses between you and the beach. Enjoy parking for 3 cars (2 small cars in the garage or one large car and one car behind the garage). We have older beach cruisers and beach gear in the garage. Had some friends stay with us from Maui as our boys were home from college. The home was perfect for hosting Thanksgiving dinner. Clean, spacious and easy parking. There was more that enough space for the seven adults or more for the week stay. Best part was location!! Just steps to Main Street, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We finally had the opportunity to do this again. This house was absolutely perfect (except for the squeaky kids' bunkbeds) and we even managed to park our 3 cars on-site. We had the bedrooms and bathrooms to serve all, and the gathering places were great for wonderful generational conversations and watching the summer Olympics. The neighborhood was very walkable with great food and shopping choices and the beach wasn't too bad a walk considering having to haul all our stuff (next time we'll pack a wagon). The surfing competitions starting near the end of our stay were a fun bonus. We'll be back! ##### Linda H. Close to the beach and close to main street in town. Unfortunately, neighborhood at night is VERY loud and doesn't stop until about 2-3am every night. Also nearby parking garage is also loud at night with cars doing hot laps screeching tires. Actual house was just ok. Floors were FILTHY...hadn't been cleaned in a good while. They were sticky and you could feel the grime on them. Everything seemed to be wiped, but not cleaned. ALL the drains on the house backed up when you ran the faucet even just to wash your hands. Kitchen sink had noxious odor. Freezer was broken...door popped off of fridge when we tried to use it. Wish it was as great as the pictures made it look. ##### Christine V.
