"The two separate balcony's facing the ocean in our room were great. I recommend getting one of the top floor rooms, awesome views. Easy walk to the beach and local shops/restaurants. All the staff were polite and helpful. Overall a great spot. "

"The highlight of this hotel is 3 things. 1- Shaun the Manager and his wife are super nice. 2- the proximity to the beach and parking. 3- the ability to use beach chairs, towels and beach toys. That is what makes this hotel. Otherwise, lower your expecations. The rooms are clean but dated and utilitarian. The room towels are clean but probably need to be replaced. The jet jacuzzi tub in the room splatters water all on the floor and bedside. "

"No fridges or microwave unless you pay for an upgraded room which is about 20$ extra per night. Beds were so uncomfortable and likely needed to be replaced. Staff was fine. "

"The photos on expedia looked way better than the actual room we had...I think expedia photos are AI enhanced. Very outdated property and room. Looked like it had not been remodeled since the 70s. Like a bad motel 6. Would not stay here again."

"We were in room 6 for 3 nights. Positives: great water pressure, great location, clean sheets. Negatives: the bathroom door was off its top hinges so had to be slammed both open and closed, which was so loud. It was also a bit grimy, something I’m not used to in other 2-star stays (lamps caked in dust, doors were dirty, lots of rust everywhere, floors felt dirty. They left the e end of a toilet paper roll with no refills, but no staff onsite other than the daytime. In the end, we felt like we overpaid compared to other hotels nearby. Disappointed is an understatement. "

"The owner lady is just awful. She is super grumpy and not welcoming or friendly whatsoever. I asked for a late check out due to a zoom meeting. She said 15 minutes or I’ll be charged 60 dollars. Terrible service "
