Beautiful Beachfront Island Home, Private Dock, Village Transportation Included

"This house is an amazing experience. The property is on a beautiful Caye just off the main pier of Placencia. Edwin the caretaker and family are delightful, super responsive to any request (including ferrying to and fro to the village), and their young puppy Odi is gorgeous!The house is stunning with private dock (great for swimming), SUPs and canoes. The living spaces are incredible - fantastic high vaulted ceilings, great kitchen, spacious outdoor balconies and incredible views over the water. Heading back to the house on the moonlit water after an evening out in Placencia is a wonderful experience. Very highly recommended!!"

"Would stay again, and 100% recommend. Fantastic location, makes everything in Placencia very walkable. Property was clean, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The chalk board welcome with our names was a nice touch. Toucan Jacks, while not a part of the property itself, is an outstanding adjacent business that makes time spent at the property very pleasant. The only complaint is that, at least during our stay, power outages were frequent and daily. They were, however, doing quite a bit of work to keep the property in great shape, (painting roofs, etc.). None of these activities were a disturbance."

"Starfish Villa is absolutely beautiful! It is exactly as described in the listing. It’s a private, relaxing oasis. The house is very near the village for restaurants (we rented a golf cart for the week) and a beach. The property has a great grilling area just off of the pool and the dock was a nice place to enjoy our morning coffee. We only did one excursion because we enjoyed hanging out in the pool so much. The caretaking staff is very accommodating and easily accessible. We will be back! I highly recommend Starfish Villa for a nice relaxing vacation!"

"We really loved the Pointe House. Gorgeous flowers everywhere. Gracious host Rosa. But for us in the 70 lane, the furnishings were not very comfortable for our aging bodies. I also would have appreciated a small welcome basket offering bottled water, some fresh fruit and a couple muffins or pastries just to see us thru to the next morning, as we had a late arrival and had no idea there was nothing in the room or nearby."
