Easy access via the Hungry Horse Dam to Flathead National Forest and the Great Bear / Bob Marshall Wilderness areas, bring your ATV/Side-by-side or rent one when you get here (rental shops are within walking distance). Or, just 12 minutes down the road is Apgar and the west entrance to Glacier National Park! The RV was just down the road from the park, and perfect for returning to after a long days. At first we thought it was in front of someone’s house, because you can’t see that from the pictures. It was fine though, and Brendan the host was attentive to questions and very helpful. We would stay again, our kids loved the RV! It is close to a kid friendly restaurant (Paul Bunyans) & a distillery. We grabbed a few drinks & ate at Josephine’s up the hill.
