Very clean hotel. Reception staff spoke perfect English. And parking was easier than usual. Happy return customer

Lovely, quiet location right by the river. Local shops are a 5 mins walk away. Nice breakfast set-up where you can sit inside, or outside on a lovely balcony with a few tables.

Bien situé, hôtel de qualité, déjeuner copieux. Une réserve: les chiens sont admis. L’un d’eux jappait dans mon corridor après minuit et à 8h00 le matin. Inacceptable.

The breakfast and location were both excellent as well as the staff!!

Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!
