"We just took photos around the pool. It is centrally located around the complex and has a really nice area to relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the windows and braai area need some attention and the blinds are not easy to pull up and down. The staff is not very knowledgeable but willing to assist. "

"The ocean view was wonderful from my room. Room service was not very effective- I'd place an order on their app, but the app wouldn't always update if the order had been received or not (it's supposed to update the user with this info). I was required to use my CC on the app, but when my food was delivered, they'd ask again for payment. All of this made me uncertain if my initial payments went through or not, or if I'd be paying twice for my meals. The room service personnel did say I could send a screenshot of my order to the front desk to alleviate this uncertainty. The staff was happy to confirm my room service orders every time I called them, but I'd typically have to call to follow up on my orders after placing them on the app. Other than that, everything was great! The staff and room service concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."
