"During my stay I took a tumble on the street outside the hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and supportive to me and particularly to my wife during my medical attention at hospital. Nothing was too much trouble. We readily extended our stay and have booked our next visit."

"So nice to have heat on in unit upon late arrival in winter. Clean. Separate shower and toilet made for leaving to airport. Book Uber instead cheaper than 3rd party shuttle. Queen bed unit 81 sloping mattress. Great communication for after hours arrival. "

"A rather wonderful oasis with both fine dining and wine tasting onsite, both of which we enjoyed very much. The room was also very nice. Reception staff attention to detail and knowledge was middling so recommend that the management consider actions there. "

"The motel was very convient too the epping hospital. Plenty of options too choose from when dining out.Also the shopping plaza very convenient .public transport very close by.The accommodation was excellent even had a mini kitchen, I highly recommend it. "
