Solimar Villa is a property with controlled access located within Palmas Del Mar beautiful beachfront resort. The Solimar is a one story villa. No stairs and perfect for family of all ages. Located steps away from the pool and a few minutes from the beach.

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms includes a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and two twin size beds in the third bedroom. Two full bathrooms and a half bathroom. It accommodates 6.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a 55" smart TV in the living room, Smart TV in the master and secondary bedroom. Included internet and free Wi-Fi. It’s a modern and minimalist furnished brand new villa.

The villa is two minutes to the beach, restaurants and Marina. Bring your snacks and towels to the beach down Candelero Drive. No lifeguard at the beach nor at the pools. Please follow the beach advisory flags and pool rules.
