9/10 Wonderful! (919 reviews)
The car park is quite far from reception and all the signs don’t really make sense.
Check in was handing me a key after having to call a mobile number that had been left on the desk. No further information like how to get to the room and breakfast. Room was really far away and I had to carry lots of personal items and was a struggle.
I paid for late check out to midday and had people knocking on the door at 10.30 asking why I was still in room.
Room was clean, slept well and lounges at hotel good.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (473 reviews)
I booked this very last minute, despite that I had no issues. The room was clean and functional and worth the money :)
