Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.

Great spot. Very quiet. Suggest you find it in daylight hours as it’s a bit tricky. Super friendly staff. Cooked breakfast would improve it.

Overall, stay was OK, but involved us asking staff for things that should've been taken care of. They kindly put 2 rooms together for us as a big party, which was kind. However, the wet room stunk of urine, the beds were dusty and had lipstick marks, and we found shopping receipts stuck on the giant wall mirror from the previous guests, Staff kindly sorted the issues, but not a great first impression. Breakfast was also basic and let-down. Wasn't offered on site, but a pub next door which meant family having to sit inside. Not great for people trying to avoid alcohol or smoking. Probably won't book again.

I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.

This is a very quiet location even though it’s situated on a main road but the extra block-out windows kept the room noise free. The housekeeping call on each day and replenish when needed. It’s a twenty minute walk from Line Street or a £7 Uber. Quite close enough to local amenities and very comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
