I am very sorry about the unhappiness of this guest. If you look at previous reviews you will see that we have had a 5 star rating. We list our properties on multiple sites and to my knowledge we have never said we have a washer and dryer in this guest cottage. We have recently had a lot of problems with Suddenlink our Wi-Fi provider. We have been in close contact with them to resolve the problem and we believed that the problem was fixed. I will reach out to them concerning this service. As to the location, the property is close to downtown Memphis and the site provider picks that up when listing the property. Also most guest will call me after they have rented if they have questions about the location and I ALWAYS tell them the exact location. I also send very detailed written directions by way of email or text. If guest read these they will know the exact location. Most of the time guest look the exact location up themselves. Many of our guest love staying out of the city when working in Memphis. As for the ants we will certainly address that issue and try to resolve. In the last 2 weeks we have had a considerable amount of rain and that forces ants inside. Also the house has a dishwasher and if guest put dishes in and then put them up, we do not always see food left on a dish. Occasionally I stay in the property myself to see if there are any issues to be addressed. Dirty dishes have never been a problem. I have never had these complaints before but will try to make sure these are resolved to the best of my ability.
