"The location was good. But when I checked in, I was not given a room with a river view that I had booked and paid for. The second room they showed me, the air conditioning and phone did not work. They gave me a third room on the 9th floor which I had said I did not prefer. Breakfast only had two choices, a Vietnamese noodle and beef soup or an omlette. "An amazing place. Vietnam, and Mercure, have built an Instagram playground and look to be continuing to expand this fantasy world on the top of Bana Hills. The cable car itself was a fantastic experience. Once arriving, above the clouds, the hotel staff helped us settle in to our room and orient ourselves. Don’t miss the pool. No supermarket."
