Gorgeous Hudson River Estate-with Pool and Winter Jacuzzi

"Amazing amazing property!! The house is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. The gardens are gorgeous, and we were surrounded by lovely hummingbirds the whole weekend. Plenty of space and sleeping areas for our 12 person group. So many nooks of the house to hang out in, the game room, movie room, the patio, the balcony upstairs. It was just perfect. The pool and hot tub were amazing. This house is so picturesque and eclectic. Check in was easy, Kat the house manager met us to walk us through all the specifics for our stay, how to use the sound system, grill, and little tips for everything you could want to use amenity wise. The house was very clean and communication with Jean leading up to our trip was excellent. Would come back over and over!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, the beds and furniture were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. We especially loved the amazing basement, complete with a pool table, shuffleboard, games, and a media area, as well as the beautiful deck and outdoor firepit.Our host was incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The house truly had everything we could possibly need, and we felt completely at home. We had a fantastic weekend and would absolutely stay here again!"

"We had a great stay. The waterside location was in itself worth the price of admission, listening to the birds’ early morning songs while drinking a steaming cup of coffee, swimming and paddle boarding in the lake, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit at dusk, watching late night movies on the big screen until our eyelids got heavy, falling into a deep sleep in the cool dark bedrooms, and then doing it all over again the next day, what more could one ask for in the waning days of summer. Thanks!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy home! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and private, while still being conveniently close to the downtown area, making it easy to enjoy nearby shops, restaurants and walking trails.The river is such a beautiful backdrop. It really felt like the perfect balance of privacy and being close to everything.The host included so many thoughtful little touches that made the stay feel like a true home away from home. There was seasoned wood ready for fires, a bottle of wine waiting for us, and a s’mores kit that was such a fun and thoughtful surprise. One of our guests even took advantage of the free weights for a workout, and having laundry available was another great convenience. The house is clean and has several little nooks and seating areas for gathering.On the cooler nights, we especially enjoyed the plush, cozy blankets — they made the home feel even more warm and inviting.Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, and we truly felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. It was a wonderful getaway, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay in Athens. Clean, welcoming and comfortable for 6 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the game room and the adults enjoyed the massage chair! We were there for a family wedding near Hudson and the location worked out well.The host communications were timely and thorough so entry and exit information was easy. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay for our time in upstate NY!"
