Bed Bugs in Room 221.

Posted 05-Sep-2016
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Rooms need to be treated for bed bug infestation.
Location: I have stayed at this hotel several times on my way to a fishing vacation in Minnesota. This is the first bad experience I have had.
I am extremely allergic to bed bug bites. The day following my stay at this hotel, I was covered with approximately 150 large, itchy welts from bed bug bites I received at this hotel. They required me to visit a hospital emergency room to receive treatment for them.

Very nice. Close to Kinni Creek outfitters

Posted 15-Aug-2016
We took 4 of our grandson's kayaking on the river with Kinni Creek outfitters. We were very pleased with both of our choices. The river run was awesome and we will do it again. Then we got to Super 8 and we were welcomed by the staff and we were very pleased with our room. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was a little less than expected.

It was convenient but came with a price.

Posted 30-Jul-2016
Pros: The room was large.
Cons: Fix the site so once I put in the date I want, it doesn't keep changing every time I want to check a different room.
Location: The location was convenient as I said before.
I live in Rockford, IL and bought tickets to a concert for my son's birthday. I thought we would stay in Hudson, WI because it would be cheaper than staying in the city somewhere. I tried multiple times to reserve the room but the dates kept changing on me from the date I needed, to Aug. 7-8. Just when I thought I had it correct, I show up at the hotel and they inform me that the dates are wrong. Then I had to call expedia to change the dates and the same room wasn't available. Then I get a queen bed and go up to the counter and they tell me I also need to purchase a roll away. In turn, I paid $20 more to have two queen beds and a pull out couch. What was going to cost me $86, ended up costing over $120.

Didn't stay at hotel but to sleep and shower. Nice pool and close to stores and interstate. Bed linens could be updated. But overall just what we needed. Dog friendly is a plus for us

Room had a bad odor and was not clean. Beds were very uncomfortable and towels were very poor quality.

Disappointment x 2

Posted 02-May-2016 on Hotels
Noisiest room we have ever stayed in, heater was so loud we couldn't hear tv. Disappointed in Hotels.com as well. When we made our reservation, we were told we would be charged between $5 and $15, prob $5 because it is still a small dog. Desk clerk said no, Hotels.com was wrong and charged us $15. Great bait and switch. Done with Super8 and Hotels.com.
