Whole home with private entrance, yard, parking. This home, built by the predecessor owner in 1972, is very close to the River, although you cannot see it through the trees. It is situated on a dead-end road in the rural countryside a few miles South of Prescott. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with plenty of room to move about, but also cozy enough to light a fire, curl up to watch a movie, or enjoy a quiet family dinner prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. On the patio, you’ll find a bonfire pit and grill for cooking out. There is enough seclusion that, even in winter, when the trees have dropped their leaves, it is difficult to see any neighboring houses. The town of Prescott is only a six-minute drive away with several restaurants, bars, coffeeshop and grocery store . No surprises. Very clean and spacious. We had 3 adult couples for the stay, and we were all very comfortable. High end appliances, and anything we needed, we found. Beds were very comfortable. The towels were insanely soft and wonderful. Grill and firepit outside with a private backyard and nice patio set was loved by us all. Owner sent maps and instructions which made finding the house easy. Check-in was also easy. We stayed here because it was close to River Falls for a competition 1 of us was a part of.
