It was an older home, clean, Florida room did attract bugs. Out back could use some updating, but we would definitely come back. My husband and I are moving here and needed a place to check out the different neighborhoods in the area. The location is perfect. We really fell in love with Hudson. The house is very cute and comfortable. Has mostly all that you need(kitchen could use a few more dishes and a dish rack) and beds were quite comfortable. A few small issues here and there but nothing to crazy. The backyard is the best! Right on a canal with lots of birds and fish! Neighbors are very nice as well. Very well stocked with all your needs. Very clean and tidy with quality linens and towels. Great communication with owner. The only drawback is this is t a good home for people with some disabilities. My husband is blind and there are 2 areas inside with 2-3 inch changes in floor level. He tripped quite a few times because he would forget they were there. Not at all a problem if you can see. I can see it might be an issue for a wheelchair person as well.
