  • Fully renovated in 2026, this single-level home sits on a quiet residential street in Hudson, 5 minutes by car from both Hudson Beach and HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. Two queen bedrooms sleep four, each with its own TV, and one pet is welcome. New kitchen with dishwasher, coffee included, private washer and dryer, keypad self check-in and free parking for 4 cars. A clean, comfortable base for traveling nurses and medical staff, families visiting the hospital, couples and longer stays.

    THE HOME
    Living area with two leather sofas, TV, air conditioning and a dining table for four. New white kitchen with stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. One full bathroom with shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Private washer and dryer in a laundry area attached to the house, just outside the kitchen door.

    GOOD TO KNOW
    The entire house is yours, with keypad self check-in and free parking for up to 4 cars. The backyard and the waterfront area behind the house are not set up for guest use and are off limits: there is no dock, kayak or outdoor seating. Please keep children and pets supervised and away from the water. Early check-in is often available at no charge; message us the day before.
    • Weekly and monthly stays are discounted, ideal for travel nurses at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital (5 min away) and snowbirds.
    • Quiet residential street: max 4 guests, no parties or events, quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM, and please park in the driveway (up to 4 cars).
