2-48" Samsung SmartTVs, equipped for streaming. Lots of space for gathering with 2 living rooms!
Kitchen with full size range, refrigerator with ice maker, pantry, crockpot, auto drip coffeemaker & breakfast bar. Sorry, no dishwasher. Dining area with seating for 6.
Lakeside sunroom has separate heat/ac wall unit. Western exposure with gigantic trees for sun protection.
Extra fridge in unfinished basement.
Gas grill located on the deck. Lakeside fire pit available for use! - Firewood Supplied!

#### Perfect Lake Vacation
This beautiful house was the perfect home base for another memorable Smith Mountain Lake vacation. We enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable living room between activities, reading in the cozy family room before bed, and breakfast on the porch room watching the eastern bluebirds, chipmunks, and rabbits. The large dock was a fun fishing spot and a great place to stargaze.

#### Enjoyed Long Holiday Weekend
Great location for a long holiday weekend. The property management group was friendly and made check-in/check-out seamless. Two adults and a teen had more than enough room; loved the 4-season room and the dock was perfect. We all enjoyed the peddle boat at the dock. Fished all weekend. Rented a boat too. The area around the house was quiet with friendly neighbors nearby. We'd absolutely rent again.
