Location is good if you have a car. The room itself is very nice, and located close to Hongcun, right next to Lucun. Staff is friendly and helpful, with an afternoon tea event organized daily between 4.30 and 5pm. The price is a little expensive, given no pool or gym, and it is hard to get to without a car.
