"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"i absolutely adored my stay here. the hosts are super friendly and helpful, giving you a family-like feeling. the rooms are simple and tidy with great comfortable beds. there is even a nice big sunny balcony overseeing this beautiful calm land. and a small gym room with a bench press and weights. if you are in this lovely area, look no further, this place is like home. it is simply fantastic. "This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). Toilet and bathroom were seperated: the toilet was in the smallest room possible, without sink or hand sanitizer. The bathroom was big, nice...

"I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."

"Personal war freundlich, Zimmer sind halt Standart aber dafür wirklich groß. Die Nachbarn auf der gegenüber liegenden Straße waren nervig und extrem laut. Dafür war das Frühstück top, Kaffe, Saft, Limo... Rührei in 2 Variationen, verschiedene Brötchen und Brote, viele Marmeladen, Honig, Obst, Käse und die Highlights für meine kids- Waffeln zum selbst machen und vorallem schon Eis zum Frühstück 😅 Der Ort an sich ist sehr fade aber es gibt im Umkreis genug Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
