Guest Access: Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence. We are a pet-friendly accommodation – just let your host Sharryn know at least 24 hrs before arrival for approval, as all pets must be pre-approved and kept on a leash at all times. \- Pet fee: $30 per pet per booking (payable upfront to the host) \- Fill out the pet approval form and attach proof of payment. The full pet policy will be sent to you before arrival. Yengo National Park is nearby with beautiful views, hiking, biking, and off-road driving. Getting Around: By car: \- 1 hr drive from Newcastle \- 2 hrs drive from Sydney By public transport: We recommend guests to travel by private vehicle as there are no public transports that travels directly from our property. Other Things to Note: \- Mobile reception is poor \- No smoking allowed on the property \- Expect abundant wildlife on the property \- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed \- Wi-Fi is available but only works near the Tiny House, not at the front gate or further away. \- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge \- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times.
