"Room was okay for the price. However shower was a disaster. Not enough water pressure to even move the water up to the shower head. Had to take shower with the hand held unit which was also weak. They really to fix this. Only reason I don't give the stay an "Excellent""

"Lovely little cabin. The outside set up is terrific. We enjoyed that very much. Our check in was marred because we did not get sent the door code. When I asked for it, the owner said it had been sent to me already. It was not sent. She argued until I got firm. The toilet stopped working. We had to leave the cabin to use the restroom. Firewood but nothing to start a fire with. The oven didnt get to 350 degrees. The address needs to be much more clearly displayed at the driveway. The cabin is on a busy road and we zipped by twice before we figured it out. "

"The staff was so polite. This was a girls trip and we used the pool & hot tub. The pool water was actually warm. I would recommend this place"

"The staff was very attentive, we used the pool and enjoyed it very much. Not too warm but very comfortable. Our room was very clean and the shower was perfect! Just enough water pressure. We enjoyed the breakfast, food was kept warm and the woman working the kitchen was very pleasant. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. "

"The room was clean and adequate for what we paid. The staff on registration was a concern. She seemed to struggle getting us checked in. Once to our room, the door wouldn’t open because the inside latch was “caught.” While trying to get it open, we realized there was someone in the room that we were trying to enter. We addressed it with the staff at the desk, who kept saying she couldn’t understand why “they” would have put two of us in that room. The next morning at breakfast, she admitted it was her mistake the whole time. This is a major concern. We glad he was calm and not fearful or angry at our trying to get in."

"We had an amazing stay at Landoll’s Castle. It’s a beautiful property and the staff was very attentive, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Some of the furniture in our suite was worn or broken, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. We can’t wait to go back!"
