Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt."

"The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10\. Maybe closer to 6\. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is pretty. But the quality of my room was not very very okay. Just to mentioned, i booked the Junior Suite. They did offer me to move to another room, but it would be just a regular room. "

"A wonderful and spacious spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. The spa and sauna areas are fantastic, with a variety of sauna rituals. The room was beautiful and comfortable, food was excellent, and everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we enjoyed every moment!"

"We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9\. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here."
