Bedroom 1: King size bed Bedroom 2: Full size bed Bedroom 3: Queen size bed Additional sleeping in downstairs bunk beds (Twin over full). Charcoal grill and a BGE. Large swim dock. Year-round water. Boat slip is not available to guests. Guests can tie up to the side of the dock. One PWC port available for guests use for a jet ski. Security camera at front door. This property is pet-friendly. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I usually go to the beach every summer but decided to try Smith Lake this year. We had a wonderful time. It was kind of like the beach but without the sand. We took our pontoon so that we could enjoy other areas of the lake, but I think my grands enjoyed the swimming pier the most. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Andrea was very helpful on the day we arrived when we were having trouble getting into the rental. The room in the basement could use some extra air conditioning, it wasn't as cool as the other parts of the house. There's a lot of steps down and up to the swim pier, but it was so worth it. We took all of our food and cooked all of our meals there.My family enjoyed this trip, and we hope to visit again next summer. ##### Cynthia M. ---
