    The apartment is located in the city center, in the middle of shops and 50m from the beach and the Casino. It is located in a beautiful residence from the 1900s and was refurbished in March 2018. It is decorated in a contemporary style, with great care for the finishes.

    You will have access to the whole apartment: the bedroom with a double bed, the living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table and a corner sofa bed, the entrance with a large closet and the hall bathroom with bathtub.

    Household linen is provided (pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, bath towels). At the end of your stay, please remove the sheets, pillowcases, covers (but not the mattress covers or pillowcases) and place them in the bathroom.

    A second almost identical apartment located just below is also available for rent.

    Charming and tasteful apartment with attention to detail: reading lights at all the rights spots. Light and airy, just around the corner from the beach promenade. The owner is very responsive and friendly.

    Immer in Strandnähe - wunderbar
    Wir kennen Houlgat und die Normandie und hatten für diesen Urlaub ein Apartment in Strandnähe ausgesucht. Es ist einfach schön, morgens oder abends oder tagsüber schnell mal ans Meer zu gehen: zum Schauen, zum Spazieren, zum Sammeln von Fossilien und auch zum Baden, wenn die Gezeiten es zulassen. Das alles war vom Apartment aus direkt möglich. Und dann natürlich die wunderbare Umgebung und die schönen Ausflugsziele. Perfekt.

    La gentillesse et la flexibilité d’Anne, c’était le combo parfait pour réussir notre petit week-end avec les jumeaux de 3 ans. Elle a été des plus arrangeantes. Son logement est très mignon et Houlgate c’est vraiment chouette. Pour les sportifs, c’est un spot top pour le kitesurf
