After hVing a horrible check in at the Red Roof Inn, one exit down, we were so VERY HAPPY to have our check in by Amanda be all we hoped for. The Red Roor prompted us a wheelchair accessible room and i would not have been able to enter the bathroom at all. Amanda made the promise that she was able to keep. I prefer a roll in shower but she advised that she could only accommodate with a bath bench. I am an amputee of my leg so of course I can not get up and walk. After not only did the other place not have a room that would work for me, they refused to cancel the reservation ans would not refund my prepayment. Needless to say we were very frustrated. When we arrived ar our Super 8 reservation we were greeted by Amanda, who offered an apology for our treatment, which was not her place but she felt someone needed to show show some compation. Everything she had promised on the phone she delivered. We were both very happy with every aspect of our stay including our room, the property and most of all our service. We are buy a home a couple of states away and will need to make several trips back and forth so needless to say we will be a loyal customer to our Super 8 on each trip.please feel welcome to share this review with the owner of this property as they should know how we feel about their motel and their amazing employee.
