We had four couples use the home for our golf vacation. There was plenty of space, so none of us felt like we were on top of each other. The rooms were very private. This was their last summer to be campers as they are all about to be seniors in high school. 5 moms and 5 daughters used this place to extend camp a bit and enjoy each other's company longer. It's amazing. Access to the water was incredible. Huge kitchen. Plenty of bed space. We had a great time and would stay here again any time. ##### Greg J. Everyone had their own bed and space to escape when needed. The weather was too wet and cool to enjoy the outdoors but we did a little fishing off the dock. We had a group of 8 and it is a great home. This was the nicest house rental we've ever stayed in. There was ample space for 8 adults, one teenager and 4 kids. Everyone enjoyed the home music system, game room, popcorn machine, paddle boards, floats, kayaks, decks, dock and beautiful view of the lake! The whole family loved swimming/playing/hanging out in the lake right off of the dock. The kitchen was well stocked. We didn't want for anything. Enjoyed waking up to the amazing view. Home was super spacious. Had plenty of room for our 12 guest (ranging from all ages) . We all had a blast kayaking, swimming and soaking in nature. One of my favorite things was seeing dear across the road everyday. Nice change from the Dallas traffic and heat. Any issues we had were addressed quickly. The house was perfect. Each couple had their own room with a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked multiple meals per day. They provided kayaks, life jackets, floaters, etc. The house itself is beautiful and the lake views are spectacular. Good access to hiking trails and Hot Springs National Park, although a bit of a drive to that. Itā€™s an hour from Little Rock airport and most shopping is outside the large village, so did require driving. They provided good info on things to do in the area. Great home for our annual family vacation. This year, we had 6 adults and 7 children. Everybody voted this house best for the past five years. The neighborhood is great and the people we met were very nice. We found several treasures at two estate sales and found homemade jams/jellies, etc. at the weekly neighborhood farmer's market. Whoever built this home did a fabulous job. The walls were well insulated, keeping house over flow noise to a minimum. The rooms on all three levels flow perfectly and the furnishings are second to none. The kitchen was every well equipped with all high end appliances and above average glassware, dinnerware, utensils, etc. The only thing missing was an ice machine. The decks were great as well as the fire pit area. We enjoyed using the pellet grill, a first for my husband, who now wants one. We had only a couple minor issues, i.e., empty propane bottles, but they were remedied ASAP. Enjoyed the kayaks and toys left at the dock for our use.
