This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Whether you are on one of the 2 decks, in the sunroom, outside swimming or kayaking in the lake, this house is sure to be fun for the whole family! There are also 2 kayaks with life jackets, paddles and beach towels for you to use! The Bunk Bed in the third Bedroom is a twin bed over a full-sized bed. There is also one Queen sized and one Full sized blowup mattresses in the closet downstairs. \*\*\*PLEASE NOTE: Due to Extreme Allergies of the Owner, NO Animals will be accepted at this Property, INCLUDING Service Animals.\*\*\* There is no usage of the garage at this property Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. We enjoyed every second at the house and the lake views were amazing! The boat dock was a all day hang out spot, the kayaks were enjoyed and it was close to all the golf courses!
