Kayak in the Cove on Lake Desoto

This Cute and Cozy Townhome is located in a Cove on Lake Desoto. You will love sitting on the deck and looking out over the water, jump in for a swim, go kayaking or fishing. With a fully furnished kitchen, you won't need to leave unless you opt to enjoy the fun activities the Village has to offer. There are two bedrooms, which are located on the lower level, sharing a beautiful full bath. The Master Bedroom leads out to a patio overlooking Lake Desoto! There is another 1/2 bath located on the Main level, along with the kitchen and living area.

This Unit offers two Kayaks for your use. Please wear lifejackets!

The Village offers 8 golf courses, 11 lakes, miles and miles of trails, a large bank of pickleball courts, outdoor pool, work out center, mini golf course, 2 beaches, and 2 marinas that have kayak and boat rentals.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

Nice Condo, Easy to find. Easy access (like park and walk up 3 steps); Condo was older but had some nice upgrades. Looks like the owners care. Only item we found lacking was there was no hair dryer.

Gorgeous setting

A beautiful home in a gated community. Great communication via text and email for check in and check out. The home was spotless with comfortable beds. The only thing missing was fans to use in the bedrooms and a hair dryer. The view and sounds of the lake in the evening was so beautiful and peaceful.

Family Reunion

When my family arrived, the unit had not been cleaned. It had been marked "cleaned" by the people responsible for that. As soon as we contacted the agent, everything was handled. Not only did they do a great job cleaning the inside, but they also cleaned the front and back porch - including spider webs. My family had a wonderful time and we will book this same unit next year.

Beautiful & Relaxing

We stayed for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. The property is just like the pictures. The neighbors that were around, not many, were extremely nice. Inside was clean and spacious. The only gripes I, well my wife had, the outside was not cleaned. Piece of cheese on the front porch table, and spider webs everywhere outside. It wasn't an issue for me since I realize we are in the woods. The second thing is there is only 1 pan for cooking. Not a big deal. I would stay again and recommend it highly.

Great getaway!

The place was very clean, updated and comfortable. Exactly what the listing stated. Quiet area! The only complaints I would mention are the porches. The front porch could be cleared of the spiderwebs. The back porch had a couple banisters missing, and the outdoor furniture was lacking vs the neighbors furniture.
