Welcome to this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome complete with a 2 car Garage! On the main level, a cozy living space with a well stocked kitchen, half bath, a nice counter height dining table, and access to the Garage. Head up the stairs to two luxe bedrooms, two baths, the laundry closet and an extra living area with wonderful skylights and a sofa Bed adding two more sleeping spaces. Nestled in a cute and cozy townhome community with mature trees and a park like atmosphere, you'll be close to a popular Italian restaurant, a day spa and fairly easy access to either the West or East side of the village. Find a fitness center, tennis courts and more nearby! This space will make a perfect home away from home to start your vacation in the Village!  
  
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!  
  
Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.   
  
The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.   
  
This rental is NON smoking!  
  
No Parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $25.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
