Great place!!!
Property was very clean and everything advertised. Beautiful view of the lake, very quiet neighborhood, Mark was there when I had any questions, quick to respond !!!! The pontoon boat was a big PLUS!!!!

FABULOUS!
My husband and I and spent the weekend with our best friends and we all had a wonderful time. The kitchen is awesome, the beds are comfortable, the home was super ckean. But the back porches and the spectacular view put this lodging over the top for us! The owner is so lovely, with great communication. WE WILL RETURN!

Little taste of heaven
Beautiful house and location, did not want to leave.. Lakr water was so clear you could see your feet.. Good fishing and kayaking, even rented the pontoon boat. Five star!

Great Experience
This rental was a great experience for our family of four (one 2 year old and one 8 year old). We also had two grandparents come and there was more than enough room for all. The house was great and clean and well stocked. We rented the boat as well and it was a wonderful time for the family on the lake, we had a great time being one of the only ones on the lake for three days. The fishing on the dock was great as well! Will stay again!

Great weekend with the family
We loved this property. Plenty of room to sleep comfortably and great living spaces for 6 of us to gather and hang out inside. Kids loved the game room and all of the lake amenities. I only gave it 4 stars simply because it a very dated house but this would not stop us from renting it again. I would recommend this highly for the space and a gorgeous view with easy access to the lake.

We've stayed at many vacation homes. This one ranks very highly with us. The property is very clean and spacious. We were very surprised at the sheer size of the home. The kitchen and baths are well stocked. The views are amazing. All Owners " pay attention" this is how its supposed to be done!!! We will be back! Perfect!

This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Great location to get out of the Village when you want to go do other things. Beautiful view of the lake. We would definitely rebook here during warmer weather to get on the water. Lots of room if you have a larger group. Also very dog friendly and a nice street to walk your dogs.

Great place for old friends to gather
Nice home in a beautiful setting with a pretty lake to enjoy. This home met our needs for our visit. It was clean and provided us with what we needed to enjoy our stay. We rented the pontoon for one day and it was enjoyable to go out on the lake. The pontoon is a small fishing version and with 6 adults and our cooler plus other items it was tight moving around. This area has a lot to offer for activities and the lakes are clear water fun for swimming, fishing etc.

Only disappointment was the boat motor. Was told it was 150hp and was only 115hp. Made tubing with adults a lot less exciting. Just not enough hp to get over the wake for jumping. Also the plug for the kayak was missing so just keep taking on water & we couldn’t use. Was a beautiful home and the lake/cove truly was so quite and peaceful it felt like our own private lake!

Nice house - very roomy. LOVED having the boat! Private lake was a PLUS! This area felt very safe!! Homeowner was easy to be in touch with-very friendly! We enjoyed staying in and cooking our own meals and enjoying family time with evening rides on the beautiful Lake Cortez. Having the BBQ grill made us feel right at home ❤️ Grocery store was very easy to get to. Hot Springs was an easy drive down the highway. Quite a few restaurants inside the village. Definitely recommend Weldon’s Meat Market in Hot Springs for the steaks to throw on the grill at the Lake House. You MUST get their French bread too!!! We loved our pizza at Rocky’s Corner in Hot Springs and had a great birthday dinner at Dolce Vita in the village- the owner was such a nice guy!! Can’t wait to come back and find more great places!! We plan to be back next year!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house worked well with our group of seven adults, two toddlers and dogs. We rented the boat as well and enjoyed swimming in the lake. We were all surprised that the lake was 90°. So easy to just jump right in.

Perfect family vacation
We took our sons and their four children (6-11) on this family vacation. We loved having the pontoon boat available for use, and we swam off the dock everyday. Lake Cortez is gorgeous and uncrowded so we could tube without worry. We plan to be back someday. I do hope the owner replaces the mattress on the Murphy bed, but the other beds were very comfortable.

This was a perfect getaway for our family for a week! We spent a lot of time in the water, on the boat, and fishing and loved it. Excellent family home especially older kids or adults children.
This is a wonderful lake house with all the amenities and beautiful lake activities. Water is crystal clear and boats are so minimal on lake so plenty of privacy and quiet. Kayak and paddle boat are great and the ease of renting the boat is such an additional feature. You are completely away from the tourist noise but still close to everything you need. Excellent.

What a fun getaway!
We so enjoyed our stay at this property in Hot Springs Village! So peaceful, and so much family fun! The pontoon boat, kayak, and paddle board all made our stay extra special! One thing to be aware of is that, after 10pm, there is only one gate through which you may enter the village. The owner warned us, but some of our group didn’t heed the warning and had trouble finding the gate. We would love to visit this property again some time soon!!

Everything you need for a perfect lake getaway
Beautiful, spacious home on a lovely quiet lake. Especially loved the kayak and paddle boat and that life jackets were provided. The garage game room was a hit with the kids. We had a few small issues during our stay, and the homeowner Mark, was immediately responsive and helpful. Can't recommend this home enough for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at “Paradise”. It was a beautiful view from pretty much every window. It was quite with lots of room to accommodate all of our family. The only thing was that there was no propane in either of three tanks for us to use to BBQ , but other than that it was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

This was our first time to Arkansas. We were not sure what to expect. The house was beautiful. The lay out of the house was perfect. Plenty of room for our family. The view was mesmerizing. We did enjoy some time on the boat even though we didn’t have the perfect weather. The owners were fantastic to communicate with.
