Enjoy three gorgeous bedrooms, each with a Queen-Sized Bed and flat screen TV's. The spacious master bath includes a walk in Shower, vanity and large closet space. Two of the bedrooms share a second Full Bath. The hosts offer a few games and books for your enjoyment, located in the cabinets near the fireplace. The driveway is steep at first, but it is level at the top. Garage space is included in use of home.

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

No Parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Pets will be considered with a fee and approval of owner.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $25.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.
