With Two Covered Decks, access to the Lake, and a BBQ grill, the Outside Space is Very Relaxing. When you enter the Upper Level, you will find the Living Space, Dining room, Kitchen and a Powder Room. On the Lower Level, there are two Bedrooms, both with Queen Beds, and a Full Bath. There is an Office Space in the second Bedroom, should you need to get a little work or writing done. Come and visit the Village and enjoy this Cute and Cozy Townhome. PLEASE NOTE: The boat and canoe on the property are the owners and are NOT available for use. Please feel free to bring your own kayak or canoe and launch from here! Rentals are also available at the Desoto Marina nearby! Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone! Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away. This is a NON smoking rental!! NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m. Small dogs allowed. Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $25.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath, and deck are upstairs. Two bedrooms, full bath, laundry, and patio downstairs. Easy access to the water. Beautiful lake with plenty of fish in it. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Parking was easy and there was room for two vehicles. Host communication was great... VRBO automatic email didn't get sent and the host replied to my question within minutes to solve the issue. Kitchen is clean and well appointed, including k-cups for the coffee maker.
