It features 2 queen size beds, a beautiful kitchen and great outdoor seating on the patio for enjoying a cup of coffee with nice wooded views of nature. Conveniently located 2 miles inside the west gate and only 20 minutes to downtown Hot Springs. Come and enjoy everything Hot Springs Village has to offer - local shopping, restaurants, lakes, golf courses, biking and hiking trails and so much more! This house is within walking distance of Waypoint Marina on Lake DeSoto, the DeSoto walking trail, a gas station, liquor store and a Mexican restaurant. Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone! Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away. This rental is NON smoking! No Parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m. Pets are permitted. Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $25.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.
